Welcome to EmployeesTracker (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using EmployeesTracker, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Overview

EmployeesTracker is a cloud-based employee monitoring and productivity management platform designed to help organizations track work activity, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency. The Platform may include features such as:

  • Time tracking and activity monitoring
  • Screenshot capture and reporting
  • Task and project management
  • Workforce analytics and productivity insights

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To use the Platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have authority to act on behalf of your organization
  • You agree to provide accurate registration and billing information

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activities conducted under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate tracking systems
Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform
Use the Platform for unlawful, unethical, or non-business purposes
Access or attempt to access another organization’s data

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination.

4. Data & Monitoring Responsibility

EmployeesTracker provides tracking tools; however:

  • Employers are solely responsible for informing employees about monitoring practices
  • You must comply with applicable data protection and employment laws
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary employee consent where required
  • We act as a technology provider and do not mediate employer-employee disputes.

5. Data Accuracy & Limitations

The Platform generates insights based on device activity and usage signals. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of productivity metrics
  • Continuous availability without interruptions
  • Compatibility with all systems or environments

Performance may vary depending on hardware, network conditions, or third-party software.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Services are offered on recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual)
  • Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or suspended access
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including:

remain the exclusive property of EmployeesTracker. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for internal business purposes only.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if: You violate these Terms, there is suspected misuse or security risk, or payment obligations are not fulfilled.

You may terminate your subscription at any time, but no refunds will apply for unused periods.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We may: Update, modify, or discontinue features; Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by system upgrades, external service providers, or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: EmployeesTracker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Platform data

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous billing cycle.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmployeesTracker from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

Violation of these Terms or non-compliance with laws or employee rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
